The Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) Secretariat is seeking proposals for the implementation of the actions under the Grants Work Programme 2018-2020 in the Western Balkan region with financial assistance from the RCC Small Grants Instrument.
The 3rd Call for Proposals will be in the total amount of EUR 320,000. This is a restricted Call for Proposals, two-tier process where in the first instance applicants submit their Concept Notes accompanied by the Declaration and registration related documentation for eligibility check reasons by 9 December 2019. The selected applicants will be invited to submit a Full Application Form by 20 January 2020. The provisionally selected applicants with Full Applications will undergo a detailed eligibility check, based on the supporting documents submitted. Implementation period for the pilot projects awarded under this Call for Proposals is estimated to range from 3 to 6 months.
Please note that, as stipulated in the Guidelines for Applicants, the indicative timetable will be updated by the RCC during the procedure.
